摘　　要：美国的单边东北亚战略、日本国内的危险倾向和朝鲜半岛问题的复杂性是影响东北亚多边安全体制建立的三大因素 ,其中的核心障碍在美国。只有处理好这些问题 ,才能实现东北亚地区有保障的真正持久和平。America's Unilateral Northeast Asia strategy,Japan's dangerous inclination and the complexity of Korea Peninsula problem are the three key factors that have been affecting the establishment of the multilateral security mechanism of Northeast Asia .Among them America is the kernel obstacle .Only solving these problems well,can we realize the real lasting and guaranteed peace of Northeast Asia.
