摘 要:结合紧水滩电站水力机组振动检测实例 ,总结了自动发电控制 (AGC)方式调度运行时 ,机组负荷频繁通过水力振动区引起构件振动加强、尾水管压力波动大 ,机组部件产生循环交替应力造成疲劳破坏 .从生产角度 ,提出了重新确定机组调峰起点、提高机组工作部件抗疲劳强度等解决问题的基本方法 ;这些方法简便科学 。By checking and analyzing Jinshuitan hydroturbine generator units' vibration, this paper makes a summary about the influence such as intensified vibration caused by that the units' loads frequently pass through the hydraulic vibration region, fatigue fracture followed as the draught tubes′ pressure fluctuation and cyclic stress increased, which are aroused with the dispatching and operation of AGC mode. From the viewpoint of practical production, this paper brings forward some basic methods to reconfirm the initial point of peak load modulation, to improve units' fatigue resistance and so on. Such methods, which provide with good practical value, are scientific and handy.
