摘　　要：文化因素是美国外交传统的理论基础。美国作为一个年轻的、后起的、当今世界一流大国 ,在其发展过程中 ,对自己的文化倍感自豪 ,在对外交往中 ,以美国文化为标准 ,向全世界“推销”美国的价值观和政治制度。对不服从者 ,则以政治。The Cultural factor is important in American diplomatic tradition.The Americans are very proud of their culture?values and their political system.They regard them as the best in the world.Other countries in the world should learn from them.In their foreign relations with other countries,the cultural factor becomes the diplomatic theoretic basis.
