摘　　要：股份制商业银行在我国金融业中的地位随着经济的发展日益突出。该文试图通过分析股份制商业银行自建立以来迅速发展的原因和当前所受到的制约因素 。With the development of economy, the status of the joint-stock-system banks in our country's financial industry is becoming prominent day by day. This paper intends to forecast the future development trends by analyzing the reasons and the rapid development of the joint-stock-system commercial banks and the restrictions they are enduring.
