摘　　要：近年来我国资产证券化问题倍受关注而且开始进行实战性的探索 ,实施资产证券化对我国具有重要作用及意义。努力排除推行资产证券化过程中的障碍 ,让资产证券化有更广阔的发展前景。The securities of assets has been paid a lot of attention in China in recent years, and the primitive exploration has been carried out. It is important and significant to carry out the securities of assets in China under the relevant conditions. Striving to overcome the obstacles is needed to get a great prospect.
