镇痛灵对实验性Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察镇痛灵对实验性大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:用放射免疫测定法测定血糖和血清胰岛素。用NXE—Ⅰ型锥板式粘度计测定血液流变学的指标。结果:镇痛灵具有明显降低血糖和升高血清胰岛素的功能,并具有明显改善血液流变学异常的作用。结论:镇痛灵对改善Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠血液流变学异常确有明显疗效。Objective: To observe the effect of Zhentongling on hemorheology of type 1 diabetic rat. Method: Determination of blood sugar and serum insulin by radioimmunoassay and determination of the hemorrheologic markers by viscometer of NXEI were done. Result: Zhentongling had the functions of decreasing blood sugar and increasing serum insulin and improving the abnormal of hemorheology. Conclusion: Zhentongling has a obvious effect on improving the abnormal of hemorheology.
