15例糖尿病患者人工髋关节置换术的围手术期处理

摘　　要：对 1 5例 2型糖尿病伴发股骨颈骨折患者行人工关节置换术。术后经过 1～ 2年的随访 ,疗效满意 ,未发生任何并发症。提示 :对于 2型糖尿病患者 ,可采用人工关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折 ,并且可取得良好的近期效果 ,成功的关键是严格的围手术期治疗。Fifteen artificial joint replacement were performed for fracture of the femoral neck in fifteen patients who had NIDDM (non-insulin depend diabetes mellitus). The results were excellent in two years follow-up. There were no complications. Authors consider that artificial joint replacement should be the treatment for NIDDM patients with fracture of the femoral neck. The careful management in the peri-and post-operation is important.
