特殊宏观背景下高新区产业发展战略研究——以河南焦作高新区为例

摘　　要：从四个方面分析了河南高新区发展的宏观背景 :全球性经济结构的战略性调整 ,中国加入WTO与市场国际化 ,知识经济与高新技术产业发展趋势 ,西部大开发及河南“东引西进”、“科教兴豫”战略 .结合这些宏观背景 ,提出焦作高新区产业发展战略 .其研究思路 ,可望对河南其它高新区提供借鉴意义 .This article analyzes the background of Jiaozuo high- and new-tech dictrict in Henan Province from the following aspects: the strategic structural adjustments of global economy, China's access to WTO and market internationalization, knowledge economy and the development trend of high & new technology, China's West Exploitation, and the utilization of advantages from the East and the West, and promoting science and education in Henan Province. The industrial development strategies in the district were proposed.
