摘　　要：中医治疗疼痛病症具有悠久的历史,“不通则痛”高度概括了疼痛的发病机理,“通则不痛”为治疗大法,许多中药都具有明显缓解疼痛的疗效,以疼痛的病因病机为切入点,从中药的止痛作用、相关的现代研究、中药止痛作用的优势等方面对具有止痛作用的常用中药分类浅析。The treatment of pain in TCM has a long history. The pathogenesis of pain was highly summarized as 'obstruction causes pain' and the therapeutic princi-ple of pain as 'opening therapy can relieve pain' . Many Chinese herbal drugs exert analgesic effect , and their classification is discussed on the basis of etiology and pathogenesis of pain, relevant modern study of their anal-gesic actions and the superiority of their analgesic effect.
