摘　　要：目的　研究接触低浓度二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)对工人健康的影响。方法　通过健康体检对 34例接触组工人与 32名对照组工人进行比较研究。结果　接触组工人头昏、手足多汗、乏力、咽痛、皮疹等症状发生率高于对照组 (P<0 0 5 ) ,接触组工人FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、HR(心率 )及全血胆碱酯酶活性均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而接触组的RMSSD则高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　低浓度的TDI对工人的呼吸道功能。Objective To explore the effects on the workers exposed to low concentration.Methods Thirty four workers exposed to low concentraction of TDI with thirty two workers of control group are compared by physical examination.Results The morbidity of the symptoms of diziness,hidradenitis of hands and feet,fatigue,sore-throat,skin rash in the exposed group were higher significantly than in the control workers( P <0 05).FVC,FEV 1,FEV 1/FVC,HR,the activity of AChE of blood of contacting group were lower than the control group( P <0 01).RMMSD of contacting group was higher than the control group( P <0 01).Conclusion Low concentration of TDI had effect on the respiratory function,the activity of AChE and RMSSD in exposed workers.
