摘　　要：目的　分析计划生育工作者对向未婚年轻人提供性和生殖健康知识和信息的态度和观点。方法　利用 1998年 7月～ 1998年 11月在我国 8个省市完成的对计划生育工作者的问卷调查资料。结果　各中心绝大多数的计划生育工作者赞成向未婚年轻人提供性和生殖健康知识和信息。但不同中心的计生工作者可接受向未婚年轻人提供这类知识与信息的适宜年龄、内容、方式和适宜的提供者等均有差异。研究结果提示 ,我国计生工作者应重视向未婚年轻人提供避孕知识、避孕服务的信息以及性病 /艾滋病防治知识。结论　各地在开展性教育时应该注意到各地具体情况的差异和不同年龄未婚年轻人的需求 ,根据当地的特点、资源和风俗民情等开展工作。Objective The attitude of family planning workers to providing sexual and reproductive health knowledge and information for unmarried young adults was analyzed.Methods Based on the survey carried out in 8 provinces/cities in China from 7 th ,1998 to 11 th 1998.Results The majority family planning workers in each center agreed to provide such information and knowledge toward unmarried young people.While there were differences among centers in the acceptable ways to provide konwledge and information on sex and reproductive health for unmarried young adults.The results indicated that family planning workers in China should pay much attention on providing knowledge and information on contraception and STD/HIV for unmarried young adults.Conclusion Sex education should be provided for unmarried young adults according to their needs and the local situation.
