摘 要:首次以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2为多相催化剂,氯乙酸与异辛醇反应合成了氯乙酸异辛酯。探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量及反应时间等因素对酯收率的影响。实验结果表明:TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2具有良好的催化活性。在醇酸物质的量比为1.5:1、催化剂用量为反应物料总量的1.0%、反应时间1.0 h、反应温度130~152℃的条件下,氯乙酸异辛酯的收率可达83.8%。2 - Ethylhexyl chloroacetate was synthesized from chloroacetic acid with 2 - ethylhexanol using TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as heterogeneous catalyst for the first time. The effects of factors such as molar ratio of 2 - ethylhexanol to chloroacetic acid, amount of catalyst, and reaction time on the yield of 2 - ethylhexyl chloroacetate were discussed. The results showed that TiSiW12 O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing 2 - ethylhexyl chloroacetate. The yield of 2 - ethylhexyl chloroacetate could reach 83.8 % when molar ratio of 2 - ethylhexanol to chloroacetic acid was 1.5:1, amount of catalyst was 1.0 % (based on total amount of reaction mass), reaction temperature was 130 - 152 ℃, and the reaction time was 1.0 h.
