摘  要:利用小麦温光型核不育系C49S 87作为父本 ,96B 13 8为母本进行转育 ,通过早代和冬、夏播不同条件对育性进行连续选择和鉴定 ,育成对强光照钝感、适应昼夜温差大的高原气候特点的新不育系K78S和K15 64S。育性研究表明 ,K78S和K15 64S的不育期比C49S 87长 15d以上 ,抗病性和异交结实性也有明显改进 ,在云南海拔 160By consecutive fertility selection in both winter and summer sowing seasons started from F 2 generation,two thermo photo sensitive genic male sterile(TPSGMS)lines K78S and K1564S were bred using TPSGMS wheat C49S 87 with weak restoring ability as male parent,and 96B 138 as the female parent The 2 accessions were characteristic by more adaptable to plateau climates and insensitive to larger temperature differences between day and night,stronger and longer sunlight compared with C49S 87 Results from fertility studies also showed that these two lines,with improved resistance to stripe rust and better out cross ability,had at least 15 days longer sterile durations than C49S 87,which guaranteed the safety of hybrid seed production in most areas of 1600?m above sea level in Yunnan
