摘 要:20日龄雏鸡日粮中分别加入 5 0 0mg/kg、10 0 0mg/kg、2 5 0 0mg/kg的氟化钠 ,待中毒第 15、3 0、40d后 ,陆续剖杀 ,分别测定不同剂量和不同时间氟中毒鸡血液中的SOD和LPO的含量。结果表明 ,氟中毒的病鸡其血液SOD和LPO都发生了明显的改变 ,其中SOD活性和GSH PX活性在各实验组中均呈显著下降 ,LPO含量随着时间的延长呈显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,三者含量变化均与血清F含量变化相一致 ,且呈剂量 -效应关系 ,提示自由基参与了氟中毒的发生、发展这一致病过程 。chickens aged 2 days were fed for 100 days with diets containing 500 mg/kg,1000?mg/kg and 2500 mg/kg of NaF,respectively Blood were collected on 15th,30th and 40th days after poisoned,respectively,to determine the SOD,LPO and GSH PX activities and F contents in serum The results showed that the activities of SOD and GSH PX in serum reduced significantly and the LPO contents increased significantly with the prolongation of toxic time (P<0 01) The variation of SOD,GSH PX and LPO were coincident with the F contents in serum,and there existed a dose effect relationship between them,suggesting that the free radical participated in the cause of fluorine posioning It was likely that the free radical played a key role in cell death due to poisoning
