割前摘脱台后挡板位置及结构影响摘脱损失的研究

摘　　要：本文对割前摘脱台后挡板不同位置及结构对损失的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:后挡板位置不同,对损失影响差异显著;开设放风小孔和附加非金属材料,对降低损失具有积极的意义;曲线形的后挡板,可显著降低损失。并对其中的原因进行了分析。从而获得了合理的结构形式。In this paper, the header losses in the stripping header at different place and structure of the rear shield have been studied experimentally. The conclusion shows that:the rear shield抯 place can affect the losses highly, the small holds and the nonmetal materials can play active roles on decreasing losses, the curved rear shield can obviously decrease losses. And the reasons have been analyzed. The rational structure has been obtained.
