摘 要:利用自行设计制作的光电测试装置,对632个和150个胚胎分别用两种方法进行测试,结果表明利用这两种方法都可以在孵化早期剔除无精蛋。一次照蛋法的优点是,只需鸡蛋在上孵后,测试一次便可将无精蛋剔除,而二次照蛋法需在上孵前及上孵后各测一次才能将无精蛋剔除,缺点是剔除无精蛋的时间较二次照蛋法落后一天。With a photoelectric test device designed by the author, 632 and 150 embryos were examined respectively with two ways. The results showed that unfertilized eggs can be picked out in the early hatching period by these two methods. The advantage of lighting eggs once is that as long as the eggs are hatched the unfertilized eggs can be picked out by testing once. Using the method of lighting eggs twice, one must test once respectively before and after the eggs are hatched in order to pick out the unfertilized eggs. The disadvantage of lighting eggs once is that one-day later.
