摘  要:以两年生曙光油桃为试材,研究不同时期不同化学物质的脱叶效果和打破休眠的效应,结果表明:8%NH4NO,的脱叶效果最好,但对树体有严重药害,综合考虑以8%尿素为优选脱叶试剂;化学脱叶使萌芽提早6~8 d,但仅使花期提前2~4 d且对叶芽的作用效果显著;化学脱叶明显降低了花芽碳水化合物含量、自然坐果率和花粉生活力,使花期延长,但对完全花比例无显著影响.Experiment was conducted with 2-year-old trees of Shuguang nectarine variety for studying the effect of different chemicals used for defoliation. Results showed 8% Urea was the best one for defoliation. Chemical defoliation could advance 6~ 8 d for bud bursting, but only 2 d for flowering. The effect of chemical defoliation for breaking dormancy had no positive correlation with the time of defoliation; it obviously decreased the content of carbohydrates in flower buds, reduced the rate of fruit set and pollen viability, and prolonged the flowing stage, but had no obviously effects on the proportion of complete flower.
