摘　　要：扼要介绍了基质辅助激光解吸电离/飞行时间质谱,在分析合成高分子中的发展历程、基本原理、主要优点及存在的困难;详细分析了基质、溶剂、盐（阳离子）和样品制样方法等关键因素对实验结果的影响及造成质量歧视的原因;阐明了这一分析技术在均聚物、混合物、共聚物等合成高分子研究中的应用及展望。This paper briefly introduces the development, basic principles , main advantages and disadvantages , and difficult in analysis of synthetic polymers by matrix assisted laser desorption/ion-ization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. And also discuss the effect of matrix, solvent, cation-ization salt, and sample preparation technique, critical factors on the experiment results and the cause of mass discrimination. This paper also elucidates the application and future of MALDI ?TOF MS in analysis of synthetic polymers such as homopolymers, blends and copolymers.
