摘 要:通过对安全发火机构的随机振动响应分析得出 ,振动条件下产品出现的安全、工作状态转换失效等一系列故障与机构高频共振密切相关。为解决出现的问题 ,对产品内部结构设计进行了改进 ;并为机构增加了减振器 ,从而使机构上振动强度从标准水平的数倍降低到标准水平的 40 %以下 ,振动试验结果表明 ,机构高频共振问题得到解决 ,给机构功能带来致命影响的故障不再出现 ,其可靠性较原来水平有了很大提高。According to the analysis of vibration response for the safe and arm device in random vibration, a series of problems such as transition fault between safe status and arm status are attributed to the resonance at high frequency.In order to resolve the problems, the internal structure design of the safe and arm device was improved and a couple of dampers adopted in the design.The damper can result in reducing the vibration strength from several time of the normal level down to less than 40% of the normal level.The resonance problem at high frequency was resolved effectively.The result of vibration test indicates that the problems, which can cause fatal faults has not occurred again.The reliability of the safe and arm device is improved greatly.
