摘　　要：泡沫铝是一种新型的多孔功能材料 ,由于其特殊的孔结构和金属特质 ,具有许多优异的性能 ,吸声消音性能是其最优异的性能之一。本文在对泡沫铝消声性能研究的基础上 ,针对气流噪声问题 ,研制出一种泡沫铝管道气流消音器。试验证明 ,所研制的消音器性能优于传统的粉末冶金铜质消音器。AI-foam is a new porous function material.It possess many fine properly,sound insulation property is one of the best.In this article,on the base of the theory study of sound insulation property of Al-foam,a Al-foam silencer applied to damping gas noise of pipeline was prepared,Experiments show that the sound insulation property of Al-foam silencer is better than coppery silencer prepared by powder metallurgy.
