摘　　要：在常规PID基础之上 ,运用变增益、不完全微分、积分限幅、改变调节器的调整系数、全面优化控制算法等高级控制策略 ,对碱渣pH值进行在线检测与控制。Based on the general method of PID,the system applies many advanced control methods,such as variable gain,incomplete differentiation,amplitude-limited integration,to detect and control the alkali waste pH value.Moreover,the adjustment factor of the adjustor is made tunable and the control algorithm is optimized effectively.
