摘  要:介绍了运用平面应变理论,在预应力高刚性全液压冷拔机上,通过专减壁厚拔管的变形方式,直接拔制液压气动缸筒用管。分析了拔管时的拔制力、合理减壁率及冷拔工艺与设备特点。提出了全面控制工艺系统精度是提高产品质量的关键。实践表明,采用高精密冷拔钢管制造缸筒,其强度和刚度高,耐磨性能好,且具有内表面硬外表面韧的特点。高精密冷拔缸筒管是一种直接制造各类缸筒的理想金属材料。Direct-drawing of hydraulically pneumatic cylinder tube on high-rigid prestressed cold-drawingbench with all-hydraulic drive through deformation form of tube-drawing with special reduction of wall-thickness byuse of plane-strain theory is introduced. The drawing force, rational wall-thickness reduction and the characteris-tics of cold-draw process and equipment are analyzed. The author emphasizes that complete accuracy control ofthe process system is the key to improve the product quality. The practice has proven that the cylinder made withhigh-precision cold-drawn steel tube has high strength and rigidity, good wearresistance, hard inner surface andtough outer surface. High-precision cold-drawn cylinder tube is an ideal kind of metal material for direct productionof various cylinder.
