烧结气氛对电瓷材料机械性能的影响分析

摘　　要：通过在电瓷坯料中外加不同量添加剂的方法 ,探讨了在不同气氛烧结下材料的结构及性能随组成的变化。采用 X射线衍射、扫描电镜等测试技术对材料内部的晶体结构进行了分析 ,讨论了不同气氛下铁。The effect of sintering atmosphere, the contents of Fe 2O 3 and TiO 2 in body is studied on XRD, SEM-EPMA etc. The result shows the mechanical property of electrical porcelain sintered in reduce-atmosphere is better than in oxygenic. Besides, the lower the Fe 2O 3 and TiO 2 contents in body, the smaller the contrast of property of materials fired in different atmosphere.
