石钢烧结配矿方案的研究

摘　　要：就石家庄钢铁公司烧结厂几种配矿方案的烧结性能及冶金性能进行了实验室研究。结果表明 ,在石钢烧结原料条件下 ,用蛇纹石替代白云石是比较合理的选择 ,如用黑巴西矿替代巴西矿 ,其用量应限制在一定范围内 ,不宜大量配加。The singtering characteristic and the metallurgical properties of some raw material proportioning schemes for the sintering plant, SHIJIAZHUANG I&S Ltd. were investigated.And the result shows that it is a logical choice to use serpentine replace dolomite in mixed material,the amount of dark Brazil ore to replace Brazil ore must be limited in a certainty range,adding of a large quanitity of dark Brazil ore in sinter mix is inadvisable.
