摘 要:介绍了高强高导铜合金研究领域的几个热点问题 ,即 :快速冷凝法制备高强高导铜合金、内氧化法和溶胶 -凝胶法制备弥散强化铜合金、铜基原位复合材料的制备、铜合金引线框架材料的开发以及稀土在高强高导铜合金中的应用等。综述了高强高导铜合金的研究现状 ,分析指出 :沉淀强化和多元复合微合金化是提高高强高导铜合金性能的有效途径 ;材料复合化是高强高导铜合金的发展方向 ;This paper has made a present situation review of research on high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys. Several hotspots in this field such as high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys prepared by rapid solidification, dispersion strengthen copper made with in-situ oxidation and Sol-Gel method, Cu-based in-situ composites, Cu-based lead frame materials and the application of rare-earth in high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys have been introduced. It is pointed out that the precipitation strengthening and multi-micro-alloying are effective methods to increase the performance of high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys; the copper based composite is the future development trend; the comprehensive performance and industrialization are pursued in the development of the alloys.
