复方硒制剂对小鼠血细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨复方硒制剂对荷瘤小鼠和环磷酰胺化小鼠血细胞的影响。方法　应用灌胃给药予荷瘤小鼠及环磷酰胺化小鼠 ,观察血细胞数量的变化。结果　本品能降低环磷酰胺化小鼠对血细胞的毒性 ,使血细胞总数明显回升 ,能提高 S1 80荷瘤小鼠的血细胞总数。Objective To investigate the effects of compound selenium preparation on blood cells in tumor carrying and cyclophosphamidized mice Method Observation on chicken red and white cell counts in sarcoma S 180 carrying and cyclophosphamidized mice after intragastric administration of the preparation Results The preparation decreased the of toxicty cyclophosphamide on blood cells in normal mice, increased the level of haemoglobin, red(white) blood cells significantly, increased the counts of blood cells in tumor carring mice Conclusion The compound selenium preparation increases the count of blood cells in tumor carrying and cyclophosphamidized mice.
