摘　　要：目的 :观察基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )和 MMP 9在狼疮肾炎 (L N)患者肾组织中的表达 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法 :用免疫组织化学染色法检测 L N患者肾组织 MMP 2和 MMP 9的表达 ,并分析其与肾脏病变的相关性。结果 :L N患者肾组织 MMP 2和 MMP 9表达较正常对照组明显上调 ,以 型 L N最为明显 ;病变严重部位 (如新月体、肾小球节段性坏死 ) MMP 2和 MMP 9表达更显著。 L N患者肾小球 MMP 2和 MMP 9表达与肾小球细胞增多、狼疮肾组织活动指数、蛋白尿程度呈明显正相关关系。结论 :MMP 2和MMP 9可能在介导狼疮肾炎病理损害中起重要作用 。Objective:To investigate the renal expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP2) and MMP9 in human lupus nephritis(LN) and its relationship with renal damage.Methods:Using immunohisto chemical staining,the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 in renal biopsy samples and their correlations with LN activity index and urine protein excretion in patients with LN were observed.Results:Compared with normal controls,there was a marked upregulation of MMP2 and MMP9 expression in renal tissues,especially in class Ⅳ LN.Both cellular crescent and glomerular segmental lesion showed strong MMP2 and MMP9 expression.MMP expressions were significantly correlated with hypercellularity,LN activity,as well as urine protein excretion.Conclusions:MMP2 and MMP9 may play important roles in mediating progressive renal damage in human LN,and their upregulation might be associated with LN activity and progressive renal dysfunction.
