摘  要:目的 :研究 Bax、Bcl 2基因在单纯和放射复合伤口愈合中的表达规律及与细胞凋亡和愈合延迟的关系。方法 :用原位末端标记法 (TU NEL )检测细胞凋亡 ,用核酸原位杂交方法检测 Bax、Bcl 2 m RNA表达并定量分析。结果 :1照射后细胞凋亡出现的频度及延续的时间明显高于单伤组 ;2伤口愈合过程中 Bax、Bcl 2表达随着细胞凋亡的增加呈规律性改变 :Bax表达明显增强 ,且与细胞凋亡发生有良好的相应关系 ;而 Bcl 2呈明显下降趋势。结论 :Bax和 BclObjective:To study the relationship between the expressions of Bax and Bcl2 genes and apoptosis and delayed wound healing in simple and radiation combined wound in rats.Methods:Apoptosis was demonstrated by TdTmediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) technic and expression of Bax and Bcl2 mRNA was determined by in situ hybridization.Results:The frequency and lasting time of apoptosis in radiation combined wound group were significantly higher than those in simple wound group.In the process of wound healing,the expression of Bax and Bcl2 genes showed regular changes:Bax expression increased markedly with the increment of apoptosis and showed a high correlation with the apoptosis,while the expression of Bcl2 decreased obviously.Conclusions:Bax and Bcl2 genes may play an important role in the regulation of apoptosis and delayed wound healing in radiation combined wound in rats.
