摘　　要：目的　探讨隆乳术后假体取出原因。方法　对 1 990年以来收治的 2 9例隆乳术后假体取出病例进行回顾性分析。结果　假体渗漏是导致术后假体取出的主要原因。其中术中证实属假体质量问题的有 2 5例 / 4 3只 ,表现为脱胶、砂眼、破裂。硅凝胶假体所致并发症主要表现为硅凝胶漏出引起的局部组织反应和后期的硬变。结论　假体质量问题应引起整形界的高度重视 ,严格手术适应证。Objective To discuss the reason of the removal of implants after augmentation mammoplasty. Methods 29 patients whose prosthesis were taken out after augmentation mammoplasty were studied. Results 25/43 cases complications are relative to the quality of the implants. The leakage of the prosthesis is the most common reason of the removal of the prosthesis after prosthetic augmentation mammoplast. Conclusion The quality of the prosthesis is very important. The key to reduce the complication is proper selection of good prosthesis.
