摘　　要：目的　观察白细胞在牵拉性撕脱伤血管中的粘附作用 ,探索提高撕脱伤断指再植的成功率的新途径。方法　利用血管损伤模型给予不同的牵拉力 ,通过光镜、扫描电镜及免疫组化等方法观察白细胞粘附及CD1 1b单抗的阳性表达。结果　损伤静脉内膜表面、内膜下有白细胞的粘附 ,粘附白细胞上CD1 1b抗体呈阳性表达。结论　使用CD1 1b的拮抗剂及药物有可能会减少白细胞对血栓形成的促进作用。Objective To determine the effect of leucocyte adhension in vascular avulsion injury, try to find new method for the improvement of success rate of avulsed digital replantation. Methods Different degree of strain was applied to vascular injury model, light micorscope, scaning electron microscope and immunohistochemistry were performed to investigate leucocyte adhension and the expression of CD 11b . Results On the surface and under injuried tunica intima of vein leucocyte adhension could be observed, and the expression of CD 11b is positive. Conclusion The result indicated that maybe we could choose antagonist or drug against CD 11b for decreasing thrombosis.
