摘　　要：目的 :了解黄芪对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者IgG亚类的影响。方法 :30例COPD患者在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液 ,另选 30例COPD患者予常规治疗作为对照。结果 :与对照组相比 ,治疗组IgG3 ,IgG4均有明显增高。结论 :黄芪可调节IgG亚类水平 ,值得临床推广使用。Objective: It is to study the effect of Huangqi on the IgG subclass in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Thirty COPD patients in treatment group were treated with Huangqi based on routine therapy and other 30 COPD patients in control group were only treated with routine therapy. The level of IgG subclass was observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of IgG 3 and IgG 4 in the treatment group increased significantly. Conclusion: Huangqi can regulate the level of IgG subclass and deserve widely using.
