摘  要:探讨了DZ系列低滞后炭黑在轮胎胎面胶配方中的应用 ,并与普通炭黑进行对比试验。结果表明 ,低滞后炭黑DZ 13胶料的 30 0 %定伸应力、硬度、磨耗量和压缩温升等性能优于炭黑N330和N2 2 0 ,只是拉伸强度和扯断伸长率略低 ;用DZ 13低滞后炭黑等量替代炭黑N2 34。The application of DZ series low hysteresis carbon black to tread compound was investigated and a comparative test was made to conventional carbon black.The results showed that the modulus at 300% elongation,hardness,abrasion loss and compression heat build-up etc. of DZ-13 low hysteresis carbon black compound were better than those of conventional N330 or N220 black compounds,only its tensile strength and elongation at break were slightly lower than these of latter;and the dynamic properties of tread compound improved significantly by using DZ-13 low hysteresis carbon black instead of N234 black.
