摘　　要：介绍了动力波技术在 2 0kt/a硫酸装置中的应用。净化系统采用一级高效洗涤器 (动力波技术 )—气体冷却塔—二级高效洗涤器—电除雾器工艺 ,改善了生产运行指标 ,提高了成品酸质量 ,产量增加 7t/d ,污酸排放量减少 2 5 0m3DynaWave technique is used in a 20 kt/a sulphuric acid plant.The gas cleaning section uses a process configuration of 1st stage high-efficiency scrubber (DynaWave technique), gas cooling tower, 2nd stage high-efficiency scrubber and wet electro static precipitator. The operation indexes and product quality are improved with 7 t/d of increase in production and 250 m 3/d of decrease in discharged dirty acid.
