摘　　要：结构调整已成为新世纪初期中国经济发展的主线。现阶段的经济结构调整是战略性调整 ,要以组织优化推动结构调整。Structural adjustment is the theme of Chinas economic development in the early new century. The current adjustment of Chinas economic structure is a strategic one. Then the author suggests spurring the structural adjustment by textural improvement. Finally, the obligations of the government in the structural adjustment are discussed.
