摘　　要：就传统与现代编目工作在编目对象、手段、组织方式以及编目人员素质要求等方面的差异进行了分析 ,提出现代编目工作在制定规章制度、建设人员队伍。The article analyzes the differences between traditional and modern cataloguing work in terms of objects, methods, patterns in organization and requirements in quality of personnel. The article also puts forward a proposal to strengthen and perfect the modern cataloguing work in the aspects of rules and regulations, formations of personnel team and the establishment of cataloging databases.
