摘  要:系统研究了Fe3+ 和Al3+ 等金属离子对硅线石和石英可浮性的影响 .结果表明 :采用油酸钠为捕收剂 ,Fe3+ 和Al3+ 在中性或弱碱性介质中对石英浮选有很强活化作用 ,从而使硅线石和石英浮选分离困难 .柠檬酸对金属离子活化石英有很强抑制作用 ,而对硅线石抑制作用较弱 ,是浮选分离硅线石和石英较好的选择性抑制剂 .Auger电子能谱仪测试表明 :柠檬酸在硅线石表面作用前后Al峰的化学位移为 -0 .1eV ,化学作用很弱 .而在Fe3+ 和Al3+ 离子活化的石英表面 ,加入柠檬酸前有明显AlAuger电子能峰 ;加入后 ,石英表面AlAuger电子能峰消失 ,表明柠檬酸加入促使吸附在石英表面Al3+ 离子溶解 。The effect of Fe 3+ and Al 3+ on the floatability of sillimanite and quartz was studied. The primary reason found why sillimanite is difficult to separate from quartz is that Fe 3+ and Al 3+ can activate the floatation of quartz in a neutral or slightly alkaline medium with sodium oleate as a collector. Citric acid is a good selective depressant in the floatation separation of sillimanite from quartz because it strongly depresses the metal ions activation of quartz and slightly depresses the sillimanite activation. Measurements of Auger electron spectroscopy reveals that after treatment with citric acid, Al Auger chemical shift on the sillimanite surface is -0.10 eV , showing a very weak chemical interaction; whereas Al 3+ activated quartz surface before interaction with citric acid shows a significant peak. The Al Auger electron peak on the activated quartz surface disappeared after citric acid treatment. This indicates that citric acid makes Al 3+ ions disadsorb from the quartz surface and reduces the active sites adsorbed by negative ion collector on the quartz surface.
