摘　　要：采用自制的聚酯多元醇、特殊多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等原料制备了四组分的聚氨酯鞋底原液 ,经过机械浇注制得了透明聚氨酯鞋底。讨论了影响制品性能的因素 ,介绍了透明聚氨酯鞋底原液的技术指标、鞋底的制造工艺及制品的物理性能。该聚氨酯透明鞋底具有玻璃状的透明效果。A four component polyurethane sole system was prepared from self made polyester polyol, special polyol, methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, etc. And the transparent soles based on the polyurethane were manufactured by low pressure foaming machine. The factors affecting the properties of the soles are discussed. The technical index of the transparent polyurethane sole system, the manufacturing engineering of shoe sole and the mechanical properties of the articles are introduced. The transparent soles have glassy transparency and good properties
