稀土细化的贵金属纳米颗粒/半导体(BaO)复合薄膜的制备

摘　　要：文章介绍了用稀土元素在真空沉积下细化贵金属颗粒的方法 。A method for preparing noble metal nanoparticles composite thin film (Ag-BaO), doped by rare-earth, is introduced in this paper. It is found that rare-earth can reduces size of Ag nanoparticles embedded in BaO thin film which increases the photoemission from metal nanoparticles composite thin film.
