天然抗高血压活性成分研究进展

摘　　要：文章介绍了 1 991年以来发现具有抗高血压作用的植物和海洋生物的化学成分。这些活性成分根据化学结构分为 :生物碱、黄酮、脂肪酸、皂苷、萜类、香豆素、苯丙烷衍生物、苯乙烯衍生物、氨基酸、肽和蛋白质等。分别介绍了每类活性成分的药理作用和机制。Advance on the study of natural anti-hypertensive principles from plants and marine organisms since 1991 were reviewed. The active compounds were divided into alkaloids, flavonoids, fatty acids, saponins, terpenes, coumarins, propyl benzene and styryl derivatives, amino acids, peptides and proteins etc by their structures. Their anti-hypertensive action and mechanism were introduced respectively.
