摘　　要：以黑龙江省海林市石东小流域为例阐述了丘陵区平沟造田工程技术的设计与施工 ,并对沟蚀治理后的蓄水保土效益、经济效益和社会效益进行了分析 ,进而探求治理开发沟蚀的优化模式 ,最大限度地发挥工程群体效益。所提出的平沟造田治沟开发模式 。Taking Shidong small valley in Hailin County of Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper detailedly discusses the design and construction of ditch filling reclamation project technique in hilly area and analyzes the water storing_soil protection benefit,economical benefit and social benefit after gullying control.Furtherly researches the optimization model for governing and developing gullying to make the extreme project group efficiency .The development model for ditch filling reclamation which is posed,has development and utilization value in the same kind of areas.
