摘　　要：插片式提花轮具有变换花纹灵活方便 ,省时快捷和成本低廉的特点。文中具体介绍了台车专用插片式提花轮的结构、原理及规格 ,指出了花纹设计的主要技术参数 ,对花纹设计的公式和方法进行了详细的推导和说明 。A series of advantages is offered by inserted pattern wheel, such as flexible and facilitate pattern change, time saving and low cost. The construction, principle of operation and specification of the pattern wheel are described concretely. The derivation of the formula and main technical parameters used for pattern design are given in detail. Knitting technologies for some patterns required are introduced with the aid of examples.
