摘　　要：目前 ,通用 CAD软件在我国的应用越来越广泛 ,而对通用 CAD软件的二次开发却相对严重滞后。使用通用 CAD软件进行活塞模具造型的人员就由于软件缺乏对活塞模具系列建模的支持 ,而不得不对同系列的活塞模具重复造型。若对通用 CAD软件进行二次开发 ,扩展软件的功能 ,就完全可以使其支持活塞模具系列建模的工作。基于这种需要 ,作者用 Visual C+ + 和 CAD软件 Pro/ Engineer的二次开发模块 Pro/ Toolkit对 Pro/ Engineer软件进行了二次开发 。Now the further developmentupon the general CAD system lags severely behind the increas- ing popularity ofthe application of the CAD system in our country.In the filed of piston mold modeling,the designers suffer a lotof inconveniences for the poor supportfor the piston mold series modeling in the gen- eral CAD system.The further developmentupon the general CAD system is in great need to customize the general CAD system to support series modeling.So the author developed the piston mold series modeling system by the further developmentupon the CAD software Pro/Engineerusing Visual C+ + and Pro/Toolk- it,the further developing module of Pro/Engineer.
