摘 要:运用胶体金免疫电镜定位方法对不同光照条件下光敏胞质不育小麦 (TriticumaestivumL .)花药发育过程中GA1+ 4 的分布进行了详细观察。短日照条件下花药可育 ,花粉母细胞、单核花粉和二核花粉内GA1+ 4 的分布数量逐渐增多 ,以细胞核最为明显 ;成熟花粉的精细胞内也有一定数量的GA1+ 4 分布。绒毡层细胞质和细胞核内GA1+ 4 的分布数量逐渐减少。长日照条件下 ,花药不育 ,花粉母细胞和败育的花粉内有GA1+ 4 的分布 ,但其分布数量比同时期可育花粉内少。绒毡层细胞解体紊乱 ,细胞内有GA1+ 4 分布。观察结果表明 :GA1+ 4 参与花粉的发育 。The localization of gibberellin acid (GA 1+4 ) in the anthers of photoperiod sensitive cytoplasm male sterile wheat under different daylight exposure was studied with colloidal gold immuno electron microscopic method. The anthers were fertile under short daylight exposure. GA 1+4 distribution in microspore mother cells, uninucleate and binucleate pollen, especially in nucleus, gradually increased with the anther development. Moreover, some GA 1+4 distributed in sperms. On the contrary, the GA 1+4 localized in tapetal cells gradually decreased with the anther development. The anthers were sterile under long daylight exposure. The GA 1+4 distribution in cytoplasm and nucleus of microspore mother cells and abortive pollen was less than fertile anthers at the same stage. The tapetal cells also digested, which was not in line with anther development, and GA 1+4 was found in those cells. The results suggested that GA 1+4 plays an important role in anther development and the distribution changes of GA 1+4 affect the pollen fertility.
