摘　　要：详细分析了石油物探行业的人力资源现状 ,揭示了存在的问题 ,产生的原因和可能的结果。现在的人力资源年龄结构预示 ,10年后石油物探行业将可能出现人才危机。据此 ,提出了面临人才危机所应采取的对策。This paper analyzes the present situation of human resources (HR) in geophysical prospecting for petroleum in detail. The existing problems, potential reasons and results are put forward. The current age structure implies that potential HR crisis would be appeared in ten years. On these grounds, strategies are proposed in the paper.
