摘　　要：航次计划和航线设计是STCW 95公约要求负责航行的管理级和操作级人员完成的工作,从影响航线选择的诸多因素之——限制区域入手进行探讨,为从事此类工作的海员提供可行的方法,以期得到重视并应用于航海实践中。Voyage plan and route design is the work of the officers in charge of navigation at the management and operational level which is required to achieved by the STCW 95 Convention. This paper discusses the restricted area that is one of the factors effected on the selected route. It provides the useful way for the officers being engaged in this job and is expected that this should be paid more attention and applied to the practice.
