摘  要:苷类化合物的糖体质子大多相互有自旋偶合作用,构成一个复杂的自旋系统。糖体端基质子(H-1)NMR 信号大多为双峰。A two-dimensional RELAY-HOHAHA method and a 1 D relay multiple COSY method were developed.The results obtained showed that the efficiency of magnetization transfer in the sugar residue of glycoside is much better for these methods than that forconventional 2D HOHAHA and that for 2D four relay COSY.The subspectra correspon-ding to individual sugar components were extracted even from overlapping proton resonanceby taking the cross seetions of 2 D spectra parallel to the F 2 axis at anomeric proton reso-nance.Detained assigment of severe overlapping 1~H NMR spectra of sugar residues in glyco-side were achived by a combined use of 2 D RELAY-HOHAHA and 1 D multiple relayCOSY.
