摘 要:随着地层含水的上升 ,现有开式水力泵逐渐暴露出动力液处理费用高、产出液计量不准和井下泵工作寿命短等问题。新开发的5 0mm同心管柱闭式水力活塞泵 ,采用双层同心管柱结构 ,乏动力液从内层油管进入井下驱动闭式泵工作 ,乏动力液从内层油管与外层油管之间的环形空间返回地面后重复使用。由于乏动力液不与产出液混合 ,无需对其进行处理。试验及应用表明 ,该泵的各项技术指标均达到设计要求。闭式泵动力液的费用约为开式泵的 38% ,检泵周期则为开式泵的 3With the rise of water cut in the formation, the existing open-type hydraulic pump runs with such problems as high power fluid disposal cost, imprecise measurement of produced fluid and short service life of downhole pump. The newly developed 50mm concentric work string closed hydraulic piston pump applies dual concentric work string structure, and the power fluid enters the well from the inner tubing to drive the pump, and returns afterwards to the surface from the annulus between inner tubing and outer tubing and then circulates again. The power fluid doesn't need to be treated since it isn't blended with the produced fluid. Test and application shows that the cost for the power fluid of the open type pump is reduced remarkably and the pump checking period is extended distinctly.
