普通话语音标准的再认识——兼评《普通话方言基础的再检讨》

摘　　要：《普通话方言基础的再检讨》一文的作者提出“以北京语音为标准音”会产生两个问题:一是北京话的范围是什么?二是北京城区话自身的缺陷使它难以作为普通话的语音规范。进而主张“以哈尔滨中年知识阶层的口音为标准音”。这种模糊认识的蔓延,将会成为实现语言标准化的阻力,为此我们有必要对普通话语音标准的科学内涵及历史溯源作一番再认识,对普通话语音标准的含义及普通话与基础方言之间的关系有一个正确、明晰的认识。The author of the article self-criticism on the Dialect Basis of Putonghua has pointed out that two problems will avise if 'Beijing accent is taken as the veceived one.' The first problem is what the sphere of Beijing dialect is, and the second one is that Beijing dialect is hard to be taken as the veceived language because of its own defects. He further snggests that 'the accent of middle-aged intellectuals in Harbin should be taken as the standard one. ' With the spreading of this vague concept, the standardization of Chinese will be hindered. It is necessary to veexamine the scientific connotation and historical origin of the phonetic cviterion in Putonghua. It's also necessary for us to form a correct and clear idea as to the definition of the phonetic criterion of putonghua and the velationship between putonghua and the basic dialect.
