摘　　要：非婚同居关系是不受我国法律保护的不稳定的同居关系。许多国家对非婚同居期间所得财产的性质及归属均有明确规定 ,有的适用分别财产制 ,有的适用共同财产制 ,有的直接采用与合法婚姻相同的财产制度。我国现行法律在这一领域还有空白。为了更好地解决这一领域的财产纠纷 ,我国应建立非婚财产制 ,同时加强对无效婚姻和可撤销婚姻的财产调控。Living together without legal marriage is forbidden by law in China. There are detailed regulations in many countries as to how to deal with the belongings during the period of cohabit without marriage, but in China this is still a blank page in the law book, and many relevant conflicts can not be resolved without the help of legal regulations. So it is necessary to set up some regulations concerning the belongings during the cohabit without marriage.
