摘 要:估算了食用型甘薯 7个数量性状的主要遗传参数。结果表明 ,性状之间遗传力存在较大差异 ,应据此掌握不同性状的选择标准。单株大中薯率遗传力高 ,与鲜薯产量遗传相关密切 ,由该性状参与的指数方程选择效率高 ,是相关选择的关键性状。对鲜薯产量的直接选择也应给予足够重视。食用型甘薯育种应用选择指数方法进行综合选择 ,比直接选择鲜薯产量相对效率提高 3.1 9~ 1 92 .6 5个百分点 。Major genetic parameter for seven quantitative characters of food sweet potato was estimated.Thirty-four index-selection formulas were established,which concerned with several important characters. There exists big difference from inheriting ability of vary characters,so different selecting norm was suggested in afterwards food sweet potato breeding.Among them,big and medium tuber ratio has higher inheriting ability of 79.64% and closer related with fresh tuber weight,Fomulas with this character,its selected efficiency is evident that is,charscter,its selected efficiency is evident that is,big and medium tuber ratio is applied in food sweet patato breeding,selected efficiency can increase by 3.19~192.65 percent than direct selection of per fresh tuber weight.It is of great value applying comprehensive index-selection formulas.
